Registration Day on 15 September, 2016
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Participants residing in Europe: You will be sent your registration documents (seating ticket, armband for admission and meal vouchers by postal service. You do not need to register again on 15 September, 2016.

Participants residing outside of Europe: Registration will be held at the Milarepa Center. - If you are accommodated at the Milarepa Retreat Center, you will receive your room key in the Center.
Registration hours at the Milarepa Retreat Center:
08.00–18.30
Please time your arrival in such a way that you can receive your registration documents during registration hours and can return to your accommodations by shuttle.
Registration closes at 18.30.
Team leaders and volunteers:
We ask the team leaders and volunteers to arrive no later than 15.00 on 15 September 2016 at the Milarepa Retreat Center.
Shuttle:
We have organized a shuttle service for you that will stop at the Scheverdingen train station, the Center and the overnight accommodations, as well as for arrivals and departures and daily event participation (mornings and evenings). In the event that the accommodations you have booked cannot be directly accessed by bus, you will have to include in your planning short distances on foot to the next meeting point.
Meals at the Milarepa Retreat Center:
Lunch (12:30) and Dinner (18:30) will be available for participants with overnight accommodations at the Center.
